Everything Bethesda announced at E3 2018

Today, Bethesda held its annual E3 press event in Los Angeles. A variety of new games were announced and we got an in-depth look at Fallout 76 alongside other titles. You can read about everything the publisher revealed at the press event below. Vice President Pete Hines took to the stage and discussed the games coming out this year and beyond.

Rage 2

Rage 2 got new extended gameplay footage and a rather thrilling performance of the theme song. The title takes place in a seamless open world where you can drive anything and shoot anyone. You'll feel right at home if you ever played Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition on Xbox One.

The Elder Scrolls: Legends

The Elder Scrolls: Legends is getting a visual overhaul and is coming to Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PlayStation 4 later this year. The title was previously limited to PC and mobile platforms.

The Elder Scrolls Online: Summerset

The Elder Scrolls Online: Summerset is getting "Werewolf Hunter" and "Black Marsh" content in the near future. The Black Marsh story takes you to the Argonian lands where they thrive in the foreboding swamps.

Doom Eternal

The sequel to 2016's Doom was announced at E3 2018 and is called Doom Eternal. It seems to take place on a post-apocalyptic Earth, right after the events of the first game. We'll know more about the project in the coming months at another Bethesda event.

Quake Champions

Quake Champions is getting a free event which allows you to continue playing the game even after the trial period is over.

Prey: Mooncrash and Typhoon Hunter

Prey is getting a massive update tonight that adds a variety of new content. However, the "Mooncrash" portion stands out the most because it's a survival experience that never plays the same way twice. Other features like "Typhoon Hunter" and competitive modes are coming in the future. Certain content will also support virtual reality devices soon.

Wolfenstein: Youngblood

Wolfenstein: Youngblood is a co-op experience which features B.J. Blazkowicz's twin daughters. The game is coming out in 2019 and takes place many years in the future. Another experience called "Wolfenstein Cyberpilot" is coming to virtual reality soon.

Fallout 76

Fallout 76 got some new gameplay footage and it looks absolutely breathtaking. The game is definitely a considerable improvement over Fallout 4 because it features sixteen times the detail and you can even view distant weather systems across the map. Keep in mind that Fallout 76 isn't a massively multiplayer online game, but a shared-world shooter where you only interact with a dozen or so players on the map.

Fallout Shelter

Fallout Shelter launched on Xbox One a while back, but now it's coming to Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4.

The Elder Scrolls: Blades

The Elder Scrolls: Blades is a mobile role-playing game which is coming to Android and iOS in a few months.

Starfield

Starfield is a space-based game which Bethesda is teasing for a few years down the line. This is the company's first new franchise in 25 years.

The Elder Scrolls VI

Bethesda announced that The Elder Scrolls VI which will come after Starfield.

Aside from the hilarious Skyrim: Very Special Edition commercial featuring Amazon Alexa, those were all of the game announcements from Bethesda's E3 2018 event. A lot of great experiences are coming to Xbox One in the coming months from the publisher, and hopefully, you're as excited as we are for games like Doom Eternal and Rage 2.
