Kensington's latest lock is designed just for the Surface Book

Having already brought its lock-making expertise to the Surface Pro recently, Kensington is now doing the same for the Surface Book. The company has taken the wraps off of a new Locking Bracket for Surface Book, which, like its Surface Pro sibling, will help keep the device secure.

If you have a reason to keep a Surface Book locked down, Kensington's custom locking bracket i worth a look. Attaching to the bottom of the Surface Book's screen, the locking bracket is meant to be as non-invasive as possible without sacrificing security, Kensington says. That's backed up with a steel-reinforced security bar and an anti-ick 5mm keying system.

The Kensington Locking Bracket for Surface Book will be available in three flavors: Master Keyed, Supervisor Keyed, and Standard Keyed. Each will be available soon for $59.99 directly from Kensington.
